The Chicago District Golf Association has upgraded its handicap service for golfers and member clubs. As in past years a CDGA member can go to any participating club, check his/her handicap and post his/her score.Beginning in 2002 the USGA authorized clubs to allow the occasional posting of individual scores via the Internet.
