Zorich, Elliott Pairings Emerge Victorious

FLOSSMOOR, Ill. -- George & Marianne Zorich of Conway Farms Golf Club earned the overall gross crown and William & Carol Elliott of Olympia Fields Country Club claimed the net title at the 45th CDGA Mixed Championship in September at Idlewild Country Club.

Playing in a stableford format, the Zorich pairing totaled a gross score of 48 points, besting the second place squad by three points. The Elliotts' margin of victory was one point after tallying 69.
