FORMAT18 holes of stroke play qualifying on Monday. This determines the low 16 advancing to match play, which will begin Monday afternoon directly following the stroke play qualifying.
ELIGIBILITY:Age Limit: min: 25        Index Limit: max: 5.4   

The Championship is open to any active CDGA member who has reached his 25th birthday on or before the start of the Championship and has a current handicap index not exceeding 5.4. The CDGA reserves the right to approve or reject any entry, and extend special invitations.
 

All players who wish to play in the CDGA Mid-Amateur Championship and are not on the exemption list need to qualify.

FIELDThe Championship field will include exempt players and contestants who qualify from one of the qualifying sites.
STARTING TIMESTee-times for the Championship will be e-mailed and posted on the CDGA website 10-14 days prior to the event.
PRIZESGift certificates will be awarded to the Quarterfinalists and above - with a $750 gift certificate given to the champion.
TIESA sudden victory format will be used to break all ties for the final qualifying places of match play. In the event a match ends in a tie, play will proceed on a sudden victory basis.
RESTRICTIONS*Non-metal spike policy is in effect at all stages of the championship.
ADDITIONAL INFO:Players may use Distance Measuring Devices in all CDGA qualifiers and championships.
