| Format: | This is a one-day event consisting of Amateurs and Professionals, playing 36 holes, whom have qualified at the local level. Qualifiers proceed to the US Open. |

| Eligibility: | Must have qualified in a Local Qualifying Round or be exempt into Sectional qualifying. |

| Index Limit: max: 1.4 | | Field: | The field will consist of approximately 40 players. |

| Starting Times: | Tee-times will be e-mailed and posted on the CDGA website as soon as the USGA has released the names of those who qualified. |

Players may NOT use Distance Measuring Devices in USGA Qualifiers or Championships.
