| Format: | This is a 72-hole stroke play championship. All players will play two days with the low 30 and ties and anyone within 10 strokes of the lead advancing to the final 36-holes. |

| Eligibility: | The championship is open to any amateur who is a current resident of Illinois, with a current Handicap index of 7.4 or lower. The CDGA reserves the right to approve or reject any entry and extend special invitations. |

| Field: | The Championship Field will be approximately 132 Players. |

| Starting Times: | Tee-times will be e-mailed and posted on the CDGA website 10-14 days prior to the event. |

| Prizes: | Gift certificates will be given to the low 20 places - with a $750 gift certificate given to the champion. |

| Ties: | In the event of a tie, there will be an immediate, three-hole, total-stroke playoff. If a tie remains, play will proceed on a sudden-victory basis. Should conditions not permit, the CDGA reserves the right to alter the playoff format. |

| Restrictions: | *Automotive transportation is prohibited by player and caddie in all stages of the championship.
