| FORMAT | All contestants qualifying into the Championship (May 16 - 18) will play 18 holes of stroke play qualifying on Monday to determine the low 16 advancing to match play. The match play will be conducted Monday afternoon, Tuesday and Wednesday. All matches are 18 holes. Please view additional information section below for the Match Play Schedule during the week. |
| ELIGIBILITY | Age Limit: min: 25 Index Limit: max: 7.4 The Championship is open to any active CDGA member who has reached his 25th birthday on or before the start of the Championship, and has a current handicap index not exceeding 7.4. | FIELD | The Championship field will include exempt players and contestants who qualify from one of the qualifying sites. |
| TEE TIMES | Tee-times for the Championship will be e-mailed and posted on the CDGA website once all qualifiers are complete. |
| PRIZES | Gift certificates will be awarded to the Quarterfinalists and above. |
| TIES | A sudden victory format will be used to break all ties for the final qualifying places of match play. In the event a match ends in a tie, play will proceed on a sudden victory basis. |

| ADDITIONAL INFO | THE MATCH PLAY SCHEDULE IS BASED ON THE HOST CLUB SCHEDULE AND LISTED BELOW: Monday - Stroke Play qualifying followed by the round of 16 matches that afternoon Tuesday - Quarterfinal matches in the morning and Semifinal matches in the afternoon. Wednesday - Championship match in the morning. |
