Format | Two-Person team format with qualifying teams competing over the course of 18 holes. The first six holes will be played as a Net Better Ball. The second six holes will be played as a Scramble, while the final six holes are played as a Stableford. |
Eligibility | Teams must have compiled enough points during the qualifying stage to advance to the Championship. |
Field | 30 Teams - divided into Senior and Super Senior flights. |
Practice Round | The CDGA does not require the host qualifying site to provide a practice round for contestants. The decision as to whether a practice round will be available is at the discretion of the host site. If a practice round is available, each contestant is responsible to contact the host site and pay for any practice round(s) they wish to play. |
Golf Carts | Golf Carts are provided to each team courtesy of the CDGA. |
Caddies | Players may bring their own caddies, carry their own bags or use a host club caddie (if available). |
Pull Carts | Are permitted. Players are encouraged to bring their own. |
Driving Range | Practice facilities will be open at 7:00 a.m. courtesy of the CDGA |

Addt'l Info | Net Better Ball: Players will receive 100% of handicap. Should the difference between the team members` indexes (effective seven days prior) exceed 4.4, the extra strokes will be deducted from the higher index.
Scramble: A team`s total index will be used to establish a team course handicap based on the recommended USGA handicap formula: 35% A Player (Lowest Handicap) and 15% B Player (2nd Lowest Handicap).
Stableford: Players will receive 85% of their handicap based on the USGA handicap recommendation. Points are awarded to a player for each hole by comparing the player’s score to the fixed target score for the hole.
Indexes are based off the USGA Handicap Index effective seven days prior.
Senior players (55+) will play from the White tees; Super Senior players (65+) will play from hybrid tees denoted by CDGA markers; Women will play from the Forward (Natural) tees.
