Your official scorecard will be completed electronically. Bring your smartphone and have the My CDGA app ready to use. Do not open the electronic scoring platform until instructed (specific details provided at your starting tee).

FORMAT

This is a one day 18-hole stroke play qualifier.

ELIGIBILITY

The Championship is open to any active CDGA Member who has a current handicap index not exceeding 7.4. The CDGA reserves the right to approve or reject any entry, and extend special invitations.

84 players - 14 & ties advance

PRACTICE ROUND

The CDGA does not require the host qualifying site to provide a practice round for contestants. The decision as to whether a practice round will be available is at the discretion of the host site. Players are encouraged to contact the club directly at (309) 434-2300 to set up a tee time.

GOLF CARTS

Riding carts are permitted IN THE QUALIFIER ONLY. Only two carts per group will be allowed and all carts are on a first come first serve basis. Players/Caddies are responsible for all cart fees and MUST adhere to any cart restrictions posted for the day.

Spectator carts are not allowed - please view the policy regarding requests for cart usage under the ADA. The policy is located in the link at the top of the page.

CADDIES

Individual caddies are permitted at all CDGA conducted events.

PULL CARTS

Pull carts are permitted at all events. You are encouraged to bring your own.

DRIVING RANGE

The driving range will open at 7:00 a.m., courtesy of the CDGA.

FOOTWEAR / SPIKE POLICY

Model Local Rule G-7 is in effect for this event

STARTING TIMES

Tee times will begin at 8:00 a.m. off #1 and #10.

FOOD SERVICES

Breakfast: If breakfast is available, players may order food - and will pay cash or credit.
Lunch: If lunch is available, players may order and will pay cash or credit.
Players are encouraged to bring an adequate supply of drinking water to each event. The CDGA will make every effort to arrange for drinking water to be available. However, please note that not all facilities may be able to fulfill this request.

THE CHAMPIONSHIP WEEK (June 24-27) IS BASED ON THE HOST CLUB SCHEDULE:
Monday: 36-hole stroke play qualifying to determine the low 16 advancing to match play.
Tuesday: match play (TBD)
Wednesday: match play (TBD)
Thursday: Championship match in the morning.

All matches are 18 holes with the exception of the Championship match, which is 36 holes.
