| Format | This is a one day 18-hole stroke play qualifier. Qualifiers proceed to the U.S. Open Final Qualifying stage. | ||||
| Eligibility | Male professionals and amateurs with a USGA handicap index not exceeding 0.4 | ||||
| Field | 84 players - 5 places advance | ||||
| Practice Round | Contestants must call the club to arrange the practice round at (630) 260-8197. Cantigny is offering practice round to contestants Monday - Friday anytime and Saturday or Sunday after 1:00 p.m. at a rate of $50. All other times are at the regular posted rates. All times are subject to availability when Woodside / Lakeside is available. Please confirm with golf course which set of 9 holes you will be playing before finalizing booking. | ||||
| Golf Carts | Riding carts are permitted for Caddies only. Only two carts per group will be allowed and all carts are on a first come first serve basis. Players/Caddies are responsible for all cart fees and MUST adhere to any cart restrictions posted for the day. Click here for the Spectator Cart Request Form - Requests will only be granted if a disability falls under the ADA. All requests MUST be submitted at least 7 days prior to the event. | ||||
