Format This is a one day 18-hole stroke play qualifier. Qualifiers proceed to the U.S. Open Final Qualifying stage.
Eligibility Male professionals and amateurs with a USGA handicap index not exceeding 0.4
Field 84 players - 5 places advance
Practice Round Illini Country Club is allowing practice rounds for players in the field. Players must call the golf shop at (217) 546-2830 to make arrangements. Please note that the Golf Shop is CASH ONLY
Golf Carts Riding carts are permitted for Caddies only. Only two carts per group will be allowed and all carts are on a first come first serve basis. Players/Caddies are responsible for all cart fees and MUST adhere to any cart restrictions posted for the day.

Caddies Individual caddies are permitted.
Pull Carts Pull carts are permitted. You are encouraged to bring your own.
Driving Range The driving range will open at 7:00 a.m.
Footwear/Spike Policy Model Local Rule G-7 is in effect for this event
Starting Times Tee times will begin at 8:00 a.m. off #1 and #10.
Food Services 
Breakfast If breakfast is available, players may order food - and will pay cash or credit.
Lunch If lunch is available, players may order and will pay cash or credit.
Players are encouraged to bring an adequate supply of drinking water to each event. The CDGA will make every effort to arrange for drinking water to be available. However, please note that not all facilities may be able to fulfill this request.
