FORMAT

This is a one day 18-hole stroke play qualifier. Qualifiers proceed to the U.S. Senior Open Championship.

ELIGIBILITY

Professionals and amateurs within the age range listed on the USGA entry blank. Must have a USGA handicap index not exceeding 3.4.

PRACTICE ROUND

Flossmoor GC is allowing practice rounds based on availability. You must call the club to arrange the practice round (708) 798-1141. All times are subject to availability.

GOLF CARTS

Riding carts are permitted for Caddies only. Only two carts per group will be allowed and all carts are on a first come first serve basis. Players/Caddies are responsible for all cart fees and MUST adhere to any cart restrictions posted for the day.

Individual caddies are permitted.

PULL CARTS

Pull carts are permitted. You are encouraged to bring your own.

STARTING TIMES

Tee times will begin at 8:00 a.m. off #1 and #10.

FOOD SERVICES

Breakfast: If breakfast is available, players may order food - and will pay cash or credit.
Lunch: If lunch is available, players may order and will pay cash or credit.
Players are encouraged to bring an adequate supply of drinking water to each event. The CDGA will make every effort to arrange for drinking water to be available. However, please note that not all facilities may be able to fulfill this request.
