Your official scorecard will be completed electronically. Bring your smartphone and have the My CDGA app ready to use. Do not open the electronic scoring platform until instructed (specific details provided at your starting tee).

FORMAT

All contestants qualifying into the Championship (June 2 - 5) will play 18 holes of stroke play qualifying on Monday to determine the low 16 advancing to match play. Match play will be conducted Tuesday - Thursday. All matches are 18 holes. Please view additional information section below for the Match Play Schedule during the week.

ELIGIBILITY

The Championship is open to any active CDGA member who has reached his 55th birthday on or before the start of the Championship, and has a current handicap index not exceeding 10.4. The CDGA reserves the right to approve or reject any entry, and extend special invitations.

FIELD

Exempt Players & Qualifiers - Low 16 Advance to Match Play.

PRACTICE ROUND

The CDGA does not require the host qualifying site to provide a practice round for contestants. The decision as to whether a practice round will be available is at the discretion of the host site. If a practice round is available, each contestant is responsible to contact the host site and pay for any practice round(s) they wish to play.

Players must book tee times by calling (219) 322-3660 ext. 4 and speaking to Josh, Matt, or Cory, or by emailing joshua@briarridgecc.com. Practice rounds will cost $50, regardless of whether the player takes a cart. Guests may also play for the same fee.

GOLF CARTS

Riding carts are permitted. Players will pay for their own carts.

Spectator carts are not allowed - please view the policy regarding requests for cart usage under the ADA. The policy is located in the link at the top of the page.

CADDIES

Players may bring their own caddies, carry their own bags, or use a host club caddie (if available).

PULL CARTS

Are permitted. Encouraged to bring your own.

DRIVING RANGE

Open at 7:00 a.m. courtesy of the CDGA

THE CHAMPIONSHIP WEEK IS BASED ON THE HOST CLUB SCHEDULE AND LISTED BELOW:
Monday - Stroke play qualifying to determine the low 16 advancing to match play
Tuesday - Round of 16 in the morning
Wednesday - Quarter Final matches in the morning followed by the Semi-Final Matches in the afternoon
Thursday - Championship match beginning in the morning.
