Your official scorecard will be completed electronically. Bring your smartphone and have the Golf Genius app ready to use. The GGID will be given on site the day of the event.

Read through the Championship Polices / Key Information prior to the event. It is the player's responsibility to be familiar with the information provided in this link and comply with all policies set by the CDGA.

ELIGIBILITY

The Championship is open to any active CDGA Member who has a current handicap index not exceeding 10.4. Partners do not have to be from the same club, but must both have an active CDGA membership. The CDGA reserves the right to approve or reject any entry and extend special invitations. No partner changes can be made once a team has qualified for the Championship.

FORMAT

All teams who qualify for the Championship (Oct. 5-7) will play 18 holes of stroke play on Monday to determine the low 16 advancing to match play. Matches will be conducted Tuesday and Wednesday. All matches are 18 holes.

PRIZES

Gift certificates will be awarded to all players who advance to the Quarterfinal round.

On Monday, tee times will begin at 8:00 a.m. off #1 and #10. For Match Play, see Additional Info section below.

YARDAGE BOOK

The CDGA is proud to partner with PuttView to provide complimentary yardage books to all players at each Illinois State and CDGA Championship. Players will receive their yardage book on Monday at their starting tee.

PRACTICE ROUND

Practice rounds will be limited, subject to course availability.

DRIVING RANGE

The driving range will open at 7:00 a.m., courtesy of the CDGA. On Tuesday and Wednesday, hitting distance will be restricted to the green flag at the end of the range.

GOLF CARTS

Riding carts are permitted. Players will pay for their own carts. A maximum of two carts per group will be allowed.

Spectator carts are not allowed - please view the policy regarding requests for cart usage under the ADA. The policy is located in the link at the top of the page.

CADDIES

Players may bring their own caddies, carry their own bags, or use a host club caddie.

PULL CARTS

Pull carts are permitted at all events. You are encouraged to bring your own.

FOOD SERVICES

Drinking Water: Bottled drinking water will be available on the starting tees, at the halfway house, between 3 green and 12 tee, and on 15 tee. Refill stations are also available at various places on the course.

Lunch: Will be provided each day for players, courtesy of the CDGA. Food and beverage will be available for caddies and spectators to purchase with credit card.

THE CHAMPIONSHIP WEEK IS BASED ON THE HOST CLUB SCHEDULE AND LISTED BELOW:
Monday - Stroke play qualifying in the morning.
Tuesday - Round of 16 in the morning and Quarterfinal matches in the afternoon.
Wednesday - Semifinal matches in the morning and Championship match in the afternoon.
