ANNOUNCEMENTS
Your official scorecard will be completed electronically. Bring your smartphone and have the Golf Genius app ready to use. The GGID will be given on site the day of the event.

Read through the Championship Polices / Key Information prior to the event. It is the player's responsibility to be familiar with the information provided in this link and comply with all policies set by the CDGA.

ELIGIBILITY
The Championship is open to any active CDGA Member who has a current handicap index not exceeding 10.4. Partners do not have to be from the same club, but must both have an active CDGA membership. The CDGA reserves the right to approve or reject any entry and extend special invitations. No partner changes can be made once a team has qualified for the Championship.
FORMAT
This is a one-day, 18-hole stroke play qualifier.
PRIZES
Qualifiers will proceed to the CDGA Amateur Four-Ball Championship at Skokie CC (see Additional Info below for details).

STARTING TIMES
Tee times will begin at 10:00 a.m. off #1 and #10.
YARDAGE BOOK
The CDGA is proud to partner with PuttView for the 2026 Championships season. Yardage books are available for purchase for all CDGA, USGA and Illinois State Championship qualifying sites at THIS LINK. Yardage + Green Map books are $30 per book. This discounted price will automatically be applied at checkout when purchasing through the dedicated link. PuttView is graciously donating 20% of every purchase to the CDGA Foundation. Complimentary yardage books will be provided to all players successfully qualifying for any Illinois State or CDGA Championship.
PRACTICE ROUND
The CDGA does not require the host qualifying site to provide a practice round for contestants. The decision as to whether a practice round will be available is at the discretion of the host site. If a practice round is available, each contestant is responsible to contact the host site and pay for any practice round(s) they wish to play.



Players should call the golf shop or book online to make arrangements (see Club Location below for phone number and website). When calling to book a tee time, players must mention that they are a contestant in the CDGA Amateur Four-Ball Qualifying to receive the resident rate. All practice round times are based on availability.
DRIVING RANGE
The driving range will open at 9:00 a.m., courtesy of the CDGA. IRONS ONLY
GOLF CARTS
Riding carts are permitted. Players will pay for their own carts. A maximum of two carts per group will be allowed.

Spectator carts are not allowed - please view the policy regarding requests for cart usage under the ADA. The policy is located in the link at the top of the page.
CADDIES
Individual caddies are permitted at all CDGA-administered events.
PULL CARTS
Pull carts are permitted at all events. You are encouraged to bring your own.
FOOD SERVICES
Drinking Water: Players are encouraged to bring an adequate supply of drinking water to each event. The CDGA will make every effort to arrange for drinking water to be available. However, please note that not all facilities may be able to fulfill this request.

Breakfast: If breakfast is available, players may order and will pay cash or credit.

Lunch: If lunch is available, players may order and will pay cash or credit.

THE CHAMPIONSHIP WEEK (July 27-29) IS BASED ON THE HOST CLUB SCHEDULE:
Monday: stroke play qualifying in the morning to determine the low 16 advancing to match play.
Tuesday: Round of 16 in the morning and Quarterfinal matches in the afternoon.
Wednesday: Semifinal matches in the morning and Championship match in the afternoon.
