Your official scorecard will be completed electronically. Bring your smartphone and have the Golf Genius app ready to use. The GGID will be given on site the day of the event.

Read through the Championship Polices / Key Information prior to the event. It is the player's responsibility to be familiar with the information provided in this link and comply with all policies set by the CDGA.

ELIGIBILITY

Female professionals and amateurs within the age range listed on the USGA entry blank who have an up-to-date Handicap Index® not exceeding 7.4 under the Rules of Handicapping.

FORMAT

This is a one day 18-hole stroke play qualifier. Qualifiers proceed to the U.S. Senior Women`s Open Championship.

USGA medal for lowest scorer and lowest amateur scorer

Tee times will begin at 8:00 a.m. off #1.

YARDAGE BOOK

The CDGA is proud to partner with PuttView for the 2026 Championships season. Yardage books are available for purchase for all CDGA, USGA and Illinois State Championship qualifying sites at THIS LINK. Yardage + Green Map books are $30 per book. This discounted price will automatically be applied at checkout when purchasing through the dedicated link. PuttView is graciously donating 20% of every purchase to the CDGA Foundation.

PRACTICE ROUND

The CDGA does not require the host qualifying site to provide a practice round for contestants. The decision as to whether a practice round will be available is at the discretion of the host site. If a practice round is available, each contestant is responsible to contact the host site and pay for any practice round(s) they wish to play.

DRIVING RANGE

The driving range will open at 7:00 a.m. Players may be responsible for range ball fees.

GOLF CARTS

Riding carts are permitted for Caddies only. Only two carts per group will be allowed and all carts are on a first come first serve basis. Players/Caddies are responsible for all cart fees and MUST adhere to any cart restrictions posted for the day.

Pull carts are permitted. You are encouraged to bring your own.

FOOD SERVICES

Drinking Water: Players are encouraged to bring an adequate supply of drinking water to each event. The CDGA will make every effort to arrange for drinking water to be available on the #1 tee. However, please note that not all facilities may be able to fulfill this request. Therefore, it is advised that players, caddies, and spectators come prepared with their own water or refillable water bottle.”

Breakfast: If breakfast is available, players may order food - and will pay cash or credit.

Lunch: If lunch is available, players may order food - and will pay cash or credit.
