Your official scorecard will be completed electronically. Bring your smartphone and have the Golf Genius app ready to use. The GGID will be given on site the day of the event.

ELIGIBILITY

Amateurs within the age range listed on the USGA entry blank who have an up-to-date Handicap Index® not exceeding 5.4 under the Rules of Handicapping.

FORMAT

This is a one-day, 18-hole stroke play qualifier. Qualifiers proceed to the U.S. Senior Amateur Championship.

PRIZES

The lowest scoring player will receive a USGA medal.

Tee times will begin at 8:00 a.m. off #1 and #10.

YARDAGE BOOK

The CDGA is proud to partner with PuttView for the 2026 Championships season. Yardage books are available for purchase for all CDGA, USGA and Illinois State Championship qualifying sites at THIS LINK. Yardage + Green Map books are $30 per book. This discounted price will automatically be applied at checkout when purchasing through the dedicated link. PuttView is graciously donating 20% of every purchase to the CDGA Foundation.

PRACTICE ROUND

Practice rounds are available without restriction, subject to course availability. There will be a fee of $25 to walk or $50 to ride. Players may bring one guest at a rate of $50 to walk or $75 to ride.

DRIVING RANGE

The driving range will open at 7:00 a.m.

GOLF CARTS

Riding carts are permitted for Players and Caddies - The player or the player’s caddie may ride in a golf cart during the round, but both may not ride at the same time. Only two carts per group will be allowed. Players/Caddies are responsible for all cart fees and MUST adhere to any cart restrictions posted for the day.

Individual caddies are permitted.

PULL CARTS

Pull carts are permitted. You are encouraged to bring your own.

FOOD SERVICES

Drinking Water: Players are encouraged to bring an adequate supply of drinking water to each event. The CDGA will make every effort to arrange for drinking water to be available. However, please note that not all facilities may be able to fulfill this request.

Breakfast: Will not be available at the course.

Lunch: Lunch will be available from 11:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Players may pay cash or card.
