Your official scorecard will be completed electronically. Bring your smartphone and have the Golf Genius app ready to use. The GGID will be given on site the day of the event.

ELIGIBILITY

Amateurs with an up-to-date Handicap Index® not exceeding 0.4 under the Rules of Handicapping.

FORMAT

This is a one day 18-hole stroke play qualifier. Qualifiers proceed to U.S. Amateur Final qualifying.

PRIZES

The lowest scoring player will receive a USGA medal.

Tee times will begin at 7:00 a.m. off #1.

YARDAGE BOOK

The CDGA is proud to partner with PuttView for the 2026 Championships season. Yardage books are available for purchase for all CDGA, USGA and Illinois State Championship qualifying sites at THIS LINK. Yardage + Green Map books are $30 per book. This discounted price will automatically be applied at checkout when purchasing through the dedicated link. PuttView is graciously donating 20% of every purchase to the CDGA Foundation.

PRACTICE ROUND

Practice rounds are available July 14, 15, 19, after 2:00 p.m. There is also very limited availability on July 21 after 2:00 p.m. for players travelling long distances for the qualifier. The $100 fee includes a cart.

DRIVING RANGE

The driving range will open at 6:00 a.m.

GOLF CARTS

Riding carts are permitted for Caddies only. Only two carts per group will be allowed and all carts are on a first come first serve basis. Players/Caddies are responsible for all cart fees and MUST adhere to any cart restrictions posted for the day.

PULL CARTS

Pull carts are permitted. You are encouraged to bring your own.

FOOD SERVICES

Drinking Water: Players are encouraged to bring an adequate supply of drinking water to each event. The CDGA will make every effort to arrange for drinking water to be available. However, please note that not all facilities may be able to fulfill this request.

Breakfast: If breakfast is available, players may order food and will pay with credit card or club chargeback.

Lunch: Lunch will be available, and players may order food. Credit card and club chargeback will be accepted.
