Your official scorecard will be completed electronically. Bring your smartphone and have the Golf Genius app ready to use. The GGID will be given on site the day of the event.

Read through the Championship Polices / Key Information prior to the event. It is the player's responsibility to be familiar with the information provided in this link and comply with all policies set by the CDGA.

ELIGIBILITY

The Championship is open to any active CDGA Member who has a current handicap index not exceeding 7.4. The CDGA reserves the right to approve or reject any entry, and extend special invitations.

FORMAT

All contestants who qualify for the Championship (June 22 - 25) will play 36 holes of stroke play qualifying on Monday to determine the low 16 advancing to match play. Matches will be conducted Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. All matches are 18 holes with the exception of the Championship match, which is 36 holes.

PRIZES

Appropriate prizes and golf shop certificates will be awarded.

PRACTICE ROUND

The CDGA does not require the host qualifying site to provide a practice round for contestants. The decision as to whether a practice round will be available is at the discretion of the host site. If a practice round is available, each contestant is responsible to contact the host site and pay for any practice round(s) they wish to play.

Briar Ridge CC is allowing contestants practice rounds for $55. Competitors must call to reserve a time (219) 961-5334. All practice round times are subject to availability.

DRIVING RANGE

Open at 6:30 a.m. courtesy of the CDGA.

GOLF CARTS

Are not permitted. Spectator carts are strictly prohibited.

CADDIES

Players may bring their own caddies, carry their own bags or use a host club caddie (if available).

PULL CARTS

Are permitted (Based on the host club policy)

FOOD SERVICES

Breakfast: If available players pay cash.
Lunch: Will be provided each day to contestants courtesy of the CDGA.

THE CHAMPIONSHIP WEEK IS BASED ON THE HOST CLUB SCHEDULE:
Tuesday - 36-hole stroke play qualifying to determine the low 16 players advancing to Match Play.
Wednesday - The round of 16 in the morning. The Quarterfinals will be in afternoon.
Thursday - The Semifinals will be in the afternoon.
Friday - The Championship match.
All matches are 18 holes with the exception of the Championship match, which is 36 holes.
