The World Handicap System (WHS) took effect Jan. 1, 2020. Due to the significant changes to the handicap system, all clubs
MUST be certified to utilize the system. In order to be certified, a representative from the club is required to pass an online exam. Without certification, members of a club not certified will not receive a handicap index. In order to be certified, a representative from the club is required to pass an online exam, which can be found in the link below.
For your own reference, we have broken down the complete webinar into five separate videos below. Each video is labeled along with the time of each video. We strongly encourage you to watch the videos prior to taking the quiz.

One person or multiple people affiliated with the club may take the quiz. This can be an employed staff member or member of the club.
Under "Club ID Number from Centralized Computation" - please mark "N/A"
Once the quiz is complete, please make sure to click the "submit" button to finalize answers. A quiz is not considered complete until results are submitted.
If you do not pass the quiz on your first attempt, you may take it again, but must start the process over by clicking on the above link again.
