WEST CHICAGO, Ill. - The third edition of the CDGA Family Stableford Championship presented by Zero Friction concluded at Prairie Landing Golf Club as teams of two family members competed in a combined Stableford scoring format. Multiple prizes from the likes of Zero Friction and the CDGA were up for grabs across gross and net divisions. John Festa (George Dunne) and Charlie Festa (Chicago Park District) claimed the top spot as Overall Gross champions with 57 points while the Net trophy was earned by Chris Gould (Cantigny Golf) and Kevin Gould (USGA/Chicago District Golf Association) tallying 75 points.

LA GRANGE, Ill. – The 54th CDGA Mixed Championship was hosted Tuesday at La Grange Country Club as 48 teams of two competed for top honors in Gross and Net divisions. Roger Steele (Medinah CC) and Marissa Campeau (Chicago Park District) captured the Overall Gross title in their first appearance at the event. Steele and Campeau totaled 71 points in the combined Stableford scoring format, defeating six-time champions Douglas Meyer (Ivanhoe Club) and Lauren Meyer (Ivanhoe Club) by eight points.

The team of Nicholas Huisinga (Ivanhoe Club) and Bernice Sitompul (Ivanhoe Club) earned the Overall Net title with 74 points. Huisinga and Sitompul cleared the second-place finisher by four points.

In all, 48 pairs teed off in the event, which dates to 1974. Prizes from the likes of the CDGA, Zero Friction and LaGrange were awarded to the top three pairs in each division.
