Each year, we encourage Blue Coats to attend a PGA/USGA Rules of Golf Workshop to enhance rules knowledge. We know this is an added expense. Blue Coats who have submitted a 100-question exam score or 80-question test score in the current Rules of Golf Cycle (2023-2027) are eligible for reimbursement of the PGA/USGA Workshop registration fee.
See below for more information regarding the reimbursement process:
- You will ONLY be reimbursed once during this Rules cycle
- Reimbursement is dependent on how you took the exam/test – In-Person ($500), Virtual ($375), Test Only ($150 – 100 question or $100 – 80 question)
- You can elect to receive a check or donate your reimbursement to the CDGA Foundation in your name.
- Checks will be mailed to the address on file, and all will be processed at the end of each month
- Donations will be processed each month, and you will receive a separate letter from the CDGA Foundation Staff
If eligible for reimbursement, this option will show in your My CDGA Caddie on the Caddie Home Page (see example below). If you do not see the reimbursement choice in your My CDGA Caddie, please contact Will Cawthon at
wcawthon@cdga.org.
Once again, you MUST have submitted an exam or test score to be eligible for reimbursement (submissions are via email to wcawthon@cdga.org). You can check to see if we have a submitted score at the bottom of the "My Events" section of your Blue Coat Links in your My CDGA Caddie.
