The Fabyan Club will host an Open House on Saturday, October 24, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. in Geneva. Attendees who RSVP can tour the facility, explore membership options and learn about the Fabyan Club's golf, wellness and social amenities. Those who attend the Open House will also have the ability to become a part of the Founder's Club, where the first 50 members will receive $0 enrollment fees when joining. The Fabyan, LLC and the Chicago District Golf Association (CDGA) announced plans for The Fabyan Club, a state-of-the-art, 23,000-square-foot indoor golf facility and lifestyle club planned for 1299 East Fabyan Parkway Geneva, Illinois, at the northwest corner of Fabyan Parkway and Kirk Road.

The project will transform the former commercial office space into a distinctive, year-round destination centered on indoor golf, personalized performance, wellness, fitness and meaningful social connection. Targeted to open in mid-fall, The Fabyan Club will combine a limited-membership private club, a public-facing CDGA Golf Center and a broad array of health and fitness amenities.

The Fabyan Club will feature two complementary golf environments designed for private members and the greater Chicago District golf community.

CDGA Golf Center
The CDGA Golf Center will consist of more than 9,600-square-feet of indoor golf space open to the public featuring nine golf simulators, with special pricing and benefits available to all 123,000 CDGA members. It will also support the CDGA's long-standing mission of using golf to enhance lives through CDGA Sunshine Programs that serve youth, veterans and individuals with disabilities by creating new year-round opportunities during the fall, winter and spring months when outdoor golf access is limited.

The Fabyan Club
The Fabyan Club is a 9,600-square-foot section of the building designed as an exclusive, limited-access club space for golf enthusiasts who want to improve their game, enjoy premium amenities and establish lasting relationships in a country-club-style setting.

In addition to five golf simulators and a putting green, it will feature robust golf instruction, club fitting and club repair services led by master-level fitting professionals. Instruction and performance support will be spearheaded by the David Impastato Golf Academy and other certified PGA golf professionals.

Impastato brings more than three decades of experience in golf instruction, player development and performance coaching, with a philosophy that goes beyond simply teaching the golf swing.

The Fabyan Club’s reach will extend beyond golf instruction to overall performance and wellness. Members will have the ability to connect how they move, train and recover with their goals in golf, fitness and everyday life.

Private members will have access to a high-end fitness experience featuring personal training and individualized performance programming. Upon enrollment, members will receive a Level 3 medical Titleist Performance Institute analysis with Dr. Evan Mojica, who will help assess movement patterns and develop individualized care and performance plans before coordinating next steps with the club’s golf instructors or certified personal trainers.

Dr. Mojica brings more than a decade of patient-centered healthcare experience to the club’s integrated wellness offering.

Beyond golf and fitness, The Fabyan Club will offer a full lifestyle experience for members, families and the Western Suburbs community, including:

  Facility construction is currently under way. A soft opening of the private member area is expected to take place this October, with the full complex set to be operational at a to-be-determined date in 2027.
