| CDGA CHAMPIONSHIP REGISTRATION BEGINS | |
| Tuesday, January 20, 2026 - Registration is now open for the array of playing opportunities found on the CDGA’s Championships and Women’s Championships slates. Individuals who meet the eligibility requirements for the 10 championships and associated qualifiers can sign up at CDGA.org.
The 2026 season marks the 113th year of the CDGA conducting amateur competitions. The slate is highlighted by stalwarts such as the 95th Illinois State Amateur Championship, July 14-16 at Crestwicke Country Club, the 106th CDGA Amateur Championship, June 22-25 at North Shore Country Club, and the 93rd Illinois State Women’s Amateur Championship, June 1-3 at Elgin Country Club. Other events open for registration include two specific for mid-amateurs (25 and up), two for seniors (55 and up), two for teams and one for senior women. Complementing the CDGA Championship Schedule is the CDGA Social Competitions slate. These events are more casual in nature and provide playing opportunities for golfers of all skill levels, genders and ages. Sign up for these events begins on Tuesday, Feb. 10.
