Transition to Handicap ID
As of Monday, Jan. 8, the CDGA has transitioned from using a CDGA number as a member`s unique identifier to using a Handicap ID. This will now be the number used for My CDGA Caddie/My CDGA app log in, peer review, event registration, etc.
To see your Handicap ID, you can either log in to the website/app using your email address and password, or check your email for message(s) recently sent containing this number.

Registration for the 2024 slate of CDGA-administered Championships and their associated qualifiers is now open. This season is set to be highlighted by the CDGA Amateur, Illinois State Amateur and Illinois State Women's Amateur Championships.
The USGA and The R&A announced updates to the World Handicap System™, effective Jan. 2024. The three key changes are integrating shorter length courses, introducing a responsive approach to 9-hole scores and providing more score-posting flexibility.
