Employer Gifts Multiply the Impact of Your Donation

Did you know you can double your support for the CDGA Foundation, without even giving a dollar more? Many employers offer matching gift programs to match charitable donations by their employees. Each company has its own guidelines. Typically, the following donations may be matched by an employer:

  • Gifts made by employees of the company
  • Gifts from the spouses of company employees
  • Gifts made by retirees of the company
If you request a grant from your Donor Advised Fund (DAF), your company may match the grant as well. Additionally, any donations made to the CDGA Foundation as part of annual CDGA membership registration may be eligible as well.

If you volunteer with us, your company may also offer a volunteer grant as a way to recognize your time and support.

Commemorative Brick Program

Show Your Lasting Support

Midwest Golf House is home to several golf organizations and also serves as regional offices for national golf associations. Show your unending support of the game in this region by purchasing a commemorative brick, to be placed in front of Midwest Golf House!

Bricks are available in two sizes; 4x8 bricks contain three lines of text (13 characters/line) and 8x8 bricks contain six lines of text. Smaller bricks are available for $150 each, with the larger pavers available for a $500 contribution.

The CDGA Foundation reserves the right to approve all messages prior to production. Prior to production, you will receive confirmation of the text on your brick.

For more information on commemorative bricks, please contact Rob Dauphinais at or (630) 685-2311.

Help the Foundation Continue Its Legacy

For more than 75 years, the CDGA Foundation programs have utilized the game of golf to make a positive impact on the lives of thousands of individuals. This would not have been possible without the generosity of the individuals who contribute and donate to the Foundation.

Your gift will provide the Foundation with the ability to continue our legacy into the future and will allow you to meet your personal and philanthropic goals. Here are some of the planned gifts for you to consider and discuss with your trusted professional advisor:

  • Insurance Policies
  • Charitable Trusts (remainder and lead)
  • Real Estate Interests
  • Retirement Plan Assets
  • Will or trust provisions
