In total, the CDGA conducted eight championships and a wide array of Social Competitions in 2023. Among the eight championships, the highlights included the 103rd CDGA Amateur Championship at Lake Shore Country Club in June and the 92nd Illinois State Amateur Championship at Bloomington Country Club in July. The social slate saw the debut of the CDGA Family Classic, as well as the continuation of the popular CDGA Four-Person Scramble Championship presented by Jersey Mike’s, CDGA KemperSports Two-Person Scramble Championship and more.
